Return Policy
We accept returns within 10 calendar days of delivery, provided that all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached and packaging intact. To initiate a return, customers must contact us within the return window to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN); unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Items that do not meet return criteria (e.g., worn, altered, or damaged) may, at our discretion, be eligible for store credit equal to 70% of the original purchase price, in accordance with fair use and international consumer protection standards. This policy complies with applicable consumer rights laws across jurisdictions, and does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under your local laws.
Funds for cancelled products will typically be refunded to your card within 24 -48 hours.
